If you are anything like me, its really hard to find time to scratch yourself.
Your relationship with your children has gotten to the point where some days driving into the sunset without them sounds lovely and peaceful….
You know you can’t run away so instead you are ready to take the bull by the horns and make the changes that your family needs to be emotionally fitter – if you are serious about being happier and having a happier family then this is for you.

Clare’s approach is direct, down to earth and realistic. There is no ‘Way’ to parent, only yourself and your family and the tools you’ve inherited and discovered through trial and error.
Spend a day with Clare and you will have the ability to connect with your children and others in a way that feels lovely and easier.
Like any BOOTCAMP you will be supported and challenged, you will be pushed, your brain may hurt with the amount of information I’m going to share with you and you’ll come out the other end saying….

How to connect – simple ways for you and others to feel important
New ways to communicate that get cooperation instead of resistance
You will learn how to:
Stop yourself from yelling
Calm tantrums quickly
Get assertive
Know what to do when kids are fighting
Find out what is REALLY going on for your children
Be the person your children talk to FIRST about their feelings
Teach responsibility and have the children actually listen and follow through
Have more fun and have a much happier family!
